The Carolina Panthers coach is retaking control of the team’s offensive play calling after handing it to the offensive coordinator less than a month ago. Despite the coordinator calling plays, the team only scored two offensive touchdowns and ranks 30th in the league in offense and 29th in scoring. The coach stated that he wants to give his full attention to the offense and help them take the next step. He emphasized that the decision has nothing to do with concern over his own job security. The coach also mentioned that there might be changes to the starting lineup.
