Notre Dame and NBC have extended their media rights agreement, ensuring the network will continue to broadcast Fighting Irish football through the 2029 season.
NBC has been Notre Dame’s home for home football games since 1991, and the current agreement was set to expire after 2024.
Notre Dame athletic director Jack Swarbrick expressed excitement about the extended collaboration with NBC Sports, highlighting plans to provide fans with more Notre Dame content across NBCUniversal’s distribution channels. The focus will remain on showcasing student-athletes and their stories.
Under the new deal, select football games will be available exclusively on Peacock, NBC’s subscription streaming service. Peacock has been streaming at least one Notre Dame football game since 2021, and will also stream the entire Notre Dame hockey schedule in 2023-24.
